Skinny But Fat Belly?

A lot of guys have this problem, the problem is you can’t lose fat from one place. Imagine an obese guy with a six pack?

Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense does it? Well it is true guys store more fat around the midriff, the simple fact is belly fat is stored energy. You need to burn off more calories that you intake. A good way to confuse the body into burning more fat faster is to do more full body workouts, such as bodyweight training or resistance training.

Combine this with cardio and a good diet to see faster results. If you spend 30 mins doing cardio every day, your body would most likely get used to the routine easier, and it would take far longer. Also keep in mind you need to try to increase protein intake and reduce carbs somewhat.

Follow a routing for a few weeks in order to test its effectiveness, also most of the fat stored is due to problems in the kitchen, try to eat more lean protein per day and less fat, some days you can mix it up a bit, the idea is to keep your body guessing.
