Elliptical machines are a great way to get a good cardio workout at home. Apart from this obvious fact, the other things that are apparent is they are low impact machines, and you can perform a variety of different workouts on them. So some days you can perform fat-loss/high-intensity-interval-training-hiit”>HIIT, resistance, endurance, and also strength.

You can’t just say which is the best because best is based on a number of factors, not least of which is price. If you want THE best, then you need to spend over $3000 easily. Some of the higher end models are priced around the $5000 mark, just so you know. However some elliptical machines start at around $500. Maybe you can get one in the sale though, or buy one used.
