“B Shape” abdominal binder. The Indian, British and U.S pharmacopoeia advices use of abdominal binders to reduce abdominal girth by trimming tummy and flab in the waist region.

“B Shape” is scientifically fabricated with the precise elasticity and tensile strength. It has Velcro tightness to gradually tighten with reducing abdominal girth. B-Shape can be tightened well beyond the Velcro zone. B Shape permits easy aeration due its well ventilated texture. B-Shape can be worn safely even while exercising. Essential to get back into shape after childbirth.

I know there is a distinct difference to
burning fat calories and food calories. I'm wondering what combination of exercise and method will burn the most calories *from fat*. I'm having no problem lose my weight but I am not burning any more fat at this point it seems, so I imagine this equates to me not burning calories from fat and instead burning off calories from what I'm eating. So I just want to get an idea of what I should be doing to burn the most fat calories.

Yohimbine works well as a fat burner, due to its thermogenic properties. It also reduces appetite. Which particular brand did you try? Some useful ones are HotRox Extreme and Oxy Elite Pro, from USP labs, however this is slightly different to yohimbine. There are lots of other variables as to why you might not be shifting fat from those areas where it sticks, you can't spot reduce but some areas store more fat based on those alpha receptors.

This is interesting. I have tried many fat burners and none seems to work more than the first couple of weeks. I used HCG shots and that worked well. Do you have a particular brand of Yohimbine you suggest?

With the bike and eliptical you can increase the resistance and get a good workout even at a slower speed and even if you're not cardiovasularly fit. To get a good workout on the treadmill you have to run pretty fast for a good length of time or walk quickly on a steep incline for a long while but it still doesn't provide the amount of resistance the bike and eliptical does. It's the resistance that makes muscles grow. Running on the treadmill is far more challenging cardio wise and will increase your cardio ability more but will cause less muscle growth because there is less resistance. The bike and eliptical provide a quicker way to see a physical change as far as muscle goes for people who are new to exercise or havn't exercised in a while because they may not have the stamina to run fast enough and long enough to get an intense enough workout. The bike and eliptical can offer resistance to help build muscle while using less oxygen and without you getting tired out as fast as running. In that way the bike and eliptical are more anaerobic like weight training. The bike and eliptical are easier on your joints (especially your knees) than running and even walking on the treadmill. Every time you lift your foot entirely off a sureface and then touch the surface again there is more of an impact and shock to your knees. Sports and exercises that require a lot of running, as fun as they may be, can harm your knees and make bad knees worse. The worst things for your knees are jumping or leaping and than landing on your feet because your knees absorb quite a shock. Ballet and gymnastics are the worst things for your knees and kids that do these things from early childhood to young adulthood almost always have major problems or become crippled. By the time they are adults they can't do any exercise that involves their knees and that's quite a lot. If you have knee problems the eliptical and bike are better for you than the treadmill. The treadmill might make things much worse and then you won't be able to work out at all when it comes to weight lifting exercises or cardio exercisses that involve your legs and you don't want chicken legs now do you?
